29 Chaddlewood Avenue is a fantastic, cool, homely and plush very affordable 6 bedroom student house share in a fab location, on a tree lined avenue.
The bedrooms are lovely and all the beds are double and comfy! It's clean, spacious, fun and modern and an excellent homely place to live; not the usual student accomodation! there are two toilets and two shower/bathrooms.
It is opposite two of our stunning 5 and 6 bedroom student houses; so it's great if you have friends that you want to live really close too! but have a little extra space and privacy too...
If you are a single student looking to find fabulous student homes 29 is great. It also has a lovely IKEA furnished lounge, flat screen TV, great cool design and a warm fun feel. There's a separate kitchen with a separate utility area too with all the modern appliances you'll need and want; plus an area to store bikes and surf boards. 29's bedrooms are mostly IKEA furnished, the rooms are decorated beautifully. It's only about a 10 minute walk to Plymouth University or PCAD.
There is also street parking outside of the house. This is a really fab example of cool spacious student accommodation. Our rooms are priced £80-£90 per week.
